Our Story
As a little girl, a silent battle raged within Alexa, a fear she kept hidden close to her heart.
She navigated her days with a bravery no one truly saw, her smile shielded her true feelings. The hardest part wasn’t the anxiety; it was the feeling of being alone.
Years later, sitting in the truck with me, the words finally found their way out, she was scared as a kid all the time.
The revelation hit me, not because of her struggle but because I didn’t know….
The thought of my bright, spirited Alexa has suffered in silence, believing she lacked support.
At that point I had a deeper understanding of the burden that our children sometimes carry.
Alexa’s story doesn’t end there, nope! It’s a testament to the incredible power within every young girl, with help from parents and peers, they’re able to conquer anything! Every stumble and perceived mistake is not a failure but a crucial step closer to success. Each challenge and fear she faced was building a foundation for her future.Years ago, Lexi and her brother Zach went to the U.K. on a trip alone, Lexi stressed for a long time about it. Their mom reassured her that they would be fine because…..wait for it…………YOU ARE A NATURAL BORN LEADER, mom’s always right. Our concept began.
Today, that little girl is a force to be reckoned with. Alexa is a proud owner of a plumbing company and her own boss. Her journey is a vivid reminder that every triumphs will overcome struggles with love and support, our daughters can achieve anything!

Our mission is to empower young girls and women to embrace their inner strength, navigate challenges with confidence, and become the leaders of tomorrow. To raise awareness about unique challenegs faced by young girls and women, create a supportive community where they can thrive and allow for open dialogue amongst each other.
